Securus uses state of the art technology to fight and prevent crime

Using state-of-the-art technology, such as machine-learning, JLG Investigator Pro can automatically detect banned parties on phone conversations as well as other individuals who have been previously flagged by administrators as likely to be engaging in criminal activity.

 

This system is also capable of automatically transcribing all calls which take place on prison telephones. The system automatically monitors all conversations, parsing the text and highlighting those conversations which have the highest likelihood of involving criminal activity. The system is capable of detecting anomalous patterns of speech, including the use of code words, the use of aliases and even subjects that are indicative criminal Intent.
